RULES:

1) Team Limit: 1-2 members

2)Last date of filling this form and submission of abstracts is 18th March 2021.

3) Upon filling this form, a response will be sent to your mail with a Unique ID allotted to your team.

4) First round - Submission of abstract. (before 18th March)
- Submit your abstract, not exceeding 200 words (as a word document) before 18th March 2021.
- Based on the abstract, some teams will be short-listed.

5) Second Round - Submission of paper (before 21st March)
- The selected teams should submit the paper (as a PDF) with an abstract in the beginning, not exceeding ten pages (including references, tables, and figures).
- The recommended fonts are:
Title: Times New Roman, size 14, bold and underlined, left alignment;
Sub-title: Times New Roman, size 12, bold and justified alignment.

6) Third round - Presentation (on 23rd March)
- The oral presentation should be in the form of a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that contains the brief of your paper, with a minimum of 10 slides and a maximum of 21 slides.
- Maximum time given for presentation is 7 minutes.
